Athena Clark, owner
Athena
worked as a Vice President for Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, serving clients as an investent advisor. Before that she was a
manager at the Image Bank, where she led in the creation of the
Art Kane Photo Workshop, which ran in Cape May from 1989 through 1992. The workshops, 96 in all, targeted amateur and professional
photographers for week-long seminars taught by the master photographers in their field. Athena also started a formal R&D
department for electronic imaging computer applications, where she upgraded and computerized the entire production department
and also developed CD ROM retail visual products with 3M. Norris Clark Norris founded Bayshore Communications, and turned the company over to his wife Athena when he accepted a post with
the New Jersey Department of Education, working for Commissioner Bret Schundler. Before this,
Norris served as a sales, marketing and communications consultant for businesses in Cape May County, NJ. Norris worked with
the ten person Sales and Marketing team at Morey's Piers, Beachfront Waterparks and Resorts. Under his direction, overall Group Sales has increased by 92% over a four year period of sustained growth. As the Director
of Marketing, Norris initiated a wide array of successful projects in research, public relations, online marketing, social
media, events, direct marketing and marketing partnerships. Over the same period, Norris worked
with the founders of NewsFutures, a small "prediction market" services provider, as the sales lead to gain consulting engagements with such giants
as Dow Chemical, Frito-Lay, Pfizer, and the United State Air Force, and introduced the new technology on national television. Norris' other clients include the Congress Hall Hotel and Sea Tow Cape May. Prior to starting Bayshore Communications, Norris was hired by Ross Perot as a Business Development
executive for Perot Systems, an international provider of technology enabled business solutions (recently sold to Dell). He
specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and served clients such as Saks Fifth Avenue and AT&T.
Then, as a Vice President of Magnet Communications, he contributed to successful sales presentations to IBM, and led the e-Learning Group, serving clients such as Walden University and The
Thomson Corporation.
